1.What kinds of plastic materials do you usually use for CNC machining and Si-molding?

For CNC machining, we usually use ABS, PC, PP, POM, PMMA, PA, PA+GF, PE, Etc. For Si-molding, we usually use ABS, 8150, PX100, PX200, PX500, PU Rubber, Etc..

2.What kinds of special plastic materials do you use for CNC machining?

We use some special plastic materials, such as PPS, PEI, Etc..

3.What kinds of metal can you CNC machine?

We can CNC machine Aluminum, SS303, SS304, Brass, Zinc, Etc..

4.What kinds of after-treatments can do you for the prototyping parts?

We can do the after-treatments such as Polishing,Texturing, Painting, Silk Printing, Chemical Solution Dipping, Plating, Anodizing, Passivation, Etc..

5.What type of CAD files do you accept?

We can accept several different types of files,such as STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, STL, X_T, Etc..

6.How big mould can you build?

The biggest mould we can build is 3m X2m, and the mould weight can be up to 15Tons. 

7.What kind of hot runner do you use?

If customers don't ask a specific brand, we usually use YuDo hot runner, also we use DME, Mold Master,

Mastip, Hasco, Incoe, Husky, etc. which will be selected according to customers' requirement.

8.How many tools can you build in one month?

We can build 40 sets of mould in one month, 40% of which is exported, 60% of wich is for local customers.
